AQI values on this Site are estimates on India's CPCB National Air Quality Index scale, calculated by us from PM2.5 and PM10 forecasts produced by the Copernicus Atmosphere Monitoring Service (CAMS). They are model data for a wide area — not readings from a monitoring station — and can differ from official CPCB values, sometimes significantly. Health advice shown with AQI is general guidance based on CPCB categories, not medical advice. For official AQI, see CPCB; if you have a health condition, follow your doctor's advice. GRAP stages shown on our Delhi-NCR page are indicative only — the Commission for Air Quality Management (CAQM) decides which stage is in force.
